The Nike Space Hippie 01 Navy Orange dresses one of Nike's lesser-known eco-conscious silhouettes in Midnight Navy with bright Magma Orange accents.
Like other Space Hippie 01 models, the Navy Orange Nike Space Hippie 01 training shoe's upper is crafted from "Space Yarn," a Flyknit yarn made from 80 to 90 percent post-consumer waste. This lightweight material conforms to the foot's shape, creating a snug, sock-like feel. In addition, the Crater foam midsole uses up to 12 percent Nike Grind, a type of rubber made from recycled materials. The midsole comes in white and displays a multicolored speckled pattern. Although it appears chunky, the midsole is ultra-lightweight and provides supportive cushioning.
